Easy to make:

Place 35g ( 1 level scoop) of mix into bowl
Add 1 egg and 50ml of milk of choice
Leave to activate for 5 minutes
Heat a hotplate or frying pan on medium to high heat
Lightly grease. Spoon the mixture onto the hotplate
Cook for approximately 1 minute on each side or until fully cookedthrough
Allow to cool, add your favourite toppings to serve. Ingredients

Ingredients: Lupin Flour, flax meal, riceprotein, almond meal, cinnamon, vanilla flavour, erythritol, bakingpowder.
