Ingredients
Each tea bag (2 g), contains dry powder of: Fenugreek (Trigonellafoenum-graecum) seed 500 mg, Anise (Pimpinella anisum) seed 400 mg, Caraway(Carum carvi) seed 400 mg, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed 400 mg, Lemonverbena (Lippia citriodora) leaves 300 mg.

Directions for use
