For optimal energy and performance use one sachet every 30–40 minutes duringexercise and follow immediately with appropriate fluid intake (300ml water).

Using one sachet post-exercise in combination with a protein source and extrafluid is beneficial for assisting recovery.

Replace Gel can be used in conjunction with Replaceelectrolyte sports drink as an additional carbohydrate and energy source whenyou are exercising for longer than 90 minutes.
