These wholesome wholegrain oats are rolled into large flat flakes for ahearty texture in breakfast and baking. Whip up a thick and tasty porridge byadding your favourite milk. Just use double the amount of liquid to oats, bringto the boil and simmer for around 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Or soakovernight in the fridge with water or milk and serve cold with grated apple andyoghurt.
