When will my order ship?
We have been informed that due to significant increases in the number of parcels being sent around New Zealand and additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19, NZ Post is experiencing some delivery delays. Please allow an additional 5 working days after dispatch for delivery of your order.
Temporary $30 Minimum order?
NZ Post has recently implemented heavy restrictions on the number of Auckland-bound parcels it collects. These restrictions have limited the number of orders we can ship to our customers each day.
In an effort to manage our capacity, we've introduced a temporary minimum order value of $30. Orders can be comprised of any number of products with a total minimum value of $50 (excluding delivery).
