Cole's Puddings was originally established as A.J. Cole in Essex in1939. Using his Great Grandmother's book of recipes, Albert Cole created arange of puddings and cakes. Fifty years later, Albert's son, Chris, expandedthe business into Cole's Traditional Foods and moved to a custom-built craftbakery in the village of Great Chesterford. In 2010, Cole's became part of theWilkin & Sons Ltd family of businesses. Over those eighty years, we havedeveloped a reputation for making some of the most delicious Christmas puddingson the market.
